"Safe Departure and Return" Earth. The idea is that wherever on the face of the Earth you may be, the blessing will come to you. The pendant has a 23.5 degree tilt, which is the same angle as the earth's tilt. On the central ring there is the Hebrew inscription "Safe departure and return".
